This robust hydraulic detachable gooseneck is part of the Load King Signature Series, and offers a 55-ton load capacity with flip axle capabilities and a stinger bar. Its 26′ deck length offers a 12′ load concentration at 60 mph. The gooseneck adds air activation, positive lock, and a self-locking pin for easy access.

This feature is compatible with multiple 5th wheel heights and allows for the adjustment of the deck height for different load or road requirements.
POSITIVE LOCK
SAFETY LOCK
The "Positive Lock" safety lock will not allow the operator to set the rack in transport position without locking the gooseneck to the deck. This system eliminates the possibility of disconnecting during travel.

The Load King Spring Loaded Tapered Pin automatically locks when backing the gooseneck into the deck. This prevents the need for repeated attempts to connect.

Load King designed the 26" alignment guide to be able to easily make the connection on the first try. This feature makes saving time simple and easy.

Load King manufactures all Signature Series trailers with gussets on every crossmember of the outside beam behind every outrigger. This feature allows you to center the load on the outriggers as well as the trailer deck. This feature also adds 12" to your effective deck width.

DECK DESIGN
Load King designs with T1 Flanges on all main frame beams. With all beams at full depth, loads will always be sitting over a structural beam. Also equipped with a 60" tool well at the front.
32° DECK RAMP
Loading over the transition from the main deck to the sub-frame is a common obstacle in the industry. Load King resolves the issue by providing a sage and manageable 32° ramp transition.

Apitong is recognized as the strongest available decking material in the industry. Load King is standard with 2" thick Apitong planned on all four sides for the tightest fit.

OUTRIGGERS
Full Depth Removable Outriggers span the beam from the top flange to the bottom flange giving the best possible load transfer onto the outer beams. There are 13 pair of Chain Slots on the deck that will accept either 3/8" or 1/2" chain.
BOLTED BOARD ENDS
AND WIRING
Load King uses carriage bolts and clips to fasten the decking to the crossmembers. This makes it much quicker and easier to replace the decking and reduces the weakening of the crossmembers the can happen when deck screws are used the throughout the length of the deck.

Last 8 feet recessed with 11 guage pierced steel plate at lower flange, allows the operator to lower the stick, resulting in lower overall height.
