At Custom Truck One Source, community is at the heart of who we are. It is imperative during this time of unprecedented challenges that we utilize an abundance of caution to ensure the continued health and safety of that community, our employees and clients.
Like you, we are monitoring rapidly changing COVID-19 (Coronavirus) updates and are committed to timely communications to keep our employees and customers abreast of the proactive steps we are taking to combat the spread of the coronavirus and its impact on our productivity and our clients’ business.
Our team is working around the clock and (going above and beyond the guidance provided by the CDC) to implement rigorous health and safety protocols for all on-site employees that include, but aren’t limited to:
- Intentionally spacing out units and technicians throughout our facilities
- Maintaining our usual rigorous cleaning habits and regularly disinfecting all material within our buildings, including new deliveries.
- Encouraging non-production, non-service personnel to work remotely.
- Developed an internal Covid-19 customer service team that is responsible for actively formulating and implementing solutions that address and diminish potential client inconveniences.
