Charlie Chupp, Jr.
Chief Executive Officer

Charlie Chupp, Jr. is the third generation Chief Executive Officer of Load King Manufacturing Company. During the 15 years he has been with the company, he has held executive level positions in Sales, Marketing and Operations. Since becoming Chief Executive Officer in 2002, he has encircled the company with the principles of "Good to Great" and servant leadership and has had the privilege of working with an outstanding group of individuals to deliver high value services to clients worldwide. Today, Load King ranks as the number one supplier of turnkey store package systems in the United States.

Charlie is active in the community, serving on the board of directors for Compass Ministries, and River City Church. He holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Florida and attended the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill's Young Executives Institute.

John Forrester
Chief Operating Officer

Prior to joining Load King in January, 2004 John managed his own consulting practice assisting clients in four critical areas: developing effective business strategies; improving sales force and channel results; building and developing high-performance teams; and developing and communicating brand and corporate messages. He has held executive management positions in sales and marketing at CSX; Buildscape, an Internet start-up focused on the home building marketplace; and Mars Electronics, a wholly owned subsidiary of M&M/Mars Corp. He has also held positions with IBM, Wang Laboratories and KPMG Peat Marwick. He has managed sales and marketing personnel in Asia, Australia, Europe, and throughout North America. John has also published several business articles and taught Professional Selling, a senior-level elective, at the University of North Florida's Coggin College of Business. John holds a BA in Mathematics/Russian Studies from the University of North Carolina and an MBA from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Business.

Norman Sanders
Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Norman joined Load King in April 2003. Prior to Load King, he was with a private equity group that focused on acquiring and developing small to mid-size manufacturing companies. During his 13 years with the group he served in various capacities including chief financial officer and general manager of one of the business units. His background also includes public accounting experience with an internationally recognized firm. He is an honors graduate of Auburn University and The University of Alabama – Birmingham School of Accountancy.

Brian Handley
Executive Vice President

Brian has served as a Consultant with Load King for the past 2 years and recently joined the company as our Executive Vice President. Prior to Load King, Brian spent several years in consulting, primarily in Organizational Design and Development, Training, Organizational Effectiveness, Recruitment, and Succession Planning Roles.

Some of his primary customers over the past 20 years included CSX Transportation, Continental Grain, Nabisco Foods, and Pepsi-Co where he served as a Division Personnel Director for Manufacturing, Sales and Distribution Operations in Wisconsin, Illinois and Michigan. He spent over 17 years as an Internal Consultant in a variety of capacities across several different units of the MARS Corporation, both nationally and internationally.

Brian also served in the US Army as a social worker/psychologist and continued with his counseling over the years with various community agencies and programs. He received his BS in Psychology/Corrections from Youngstown State University, his Masters in Management and Human Relations from Webster University and was enrolled at Texas A&M in a PhD Program for Education Administration. He has taught courses in Personnel and Labor Relations at the university level and conducted formal training in multiple management disciplines.
